Automatic high speed 2 shaft paper tube cutting machine is design for cutting of all kinds of tubes in small pieces, such as chemical fibre tube, OPP film tube, Tape cores, etc.
It is suitable for cutting a large number shorter tubes and other tubes which cutting length is change frequently .
Feature:
1.Uses servo system to fixed position, high precise ball screw to transmit, the cutting precision can upto 0.01mm.
2.Machine works with two cutting shaft, for both cutting and unloading/loading tubes, so as to improve work efficiency.
3. PLC control, color touch screen man-machine operation.
4.Rotate speed of main shaft and speed of changing shaft is control by inverter.
