The process of cling film as below:
Raw Material: The process starts with granulated polyethylene or PVC, derived from natural gas or petroleum.
Melting: The plastic granules are heated and melted into a honey-like consistency.
Extrusion: Air is blasted through the melted plastic to create a large bubble, which is then spun to ensure uniform thickness.
Flattening and Cutting: The bubble is flattened into a double-layered sheet, which is then divided and cut to size.
Additives: Additives like PIB and EVA are incorporated to provide the film's signature clinginess by migrating to the surface and adhering to itself.
Packaging: The finished sheets are wound onto rolls, tested, and packaged for sale
